Safety and health as an engine for the sense of belonging to the companies.

We invite you to participate in the event “Safety and Health as a Driver for a Sense of Belonging in the Company”, where we will explore together how occupational safety and health practices impact the development of a strong corporate culture and strengthen employees’ sense of belonging.

During the event, we will address:

• The challenges companies face in implementing safety and health practices.
• Strategies to create and sustain a culture focused on occupational risk prevention.
• How to promote the notion that “safety comes first.”
• Key actions to ensure these practices permeate from senior management to all levels of the organization.
• The importance of safety and health as tools to attract new talent and encourage long-term retention within the organization.This event is aimed at team leaders, HR professionals, occupational safety managers, and anyone interested in building safer and more human-centered organizations.

The event is part of the Ethical Trade Forums (ETF) collaboration within the SafeHabitus international project, funded by the European Union.

Through the Safety and Health Working Group, the ETF acts as the host of the community of practice led by Oxfam Intermón, developed within the framework of this project.
