“Contratación Ética, Protocolo de inducción y bienvenida” nuevo Seminario online de los Foros de Comercio Ético

El martes 14 de septiembre a las 16:00 h (CEST) retomaremos el programa de formación online que los Foros de Comercio Ético está desarrollando a lo largo de 2021 para las empresas del sector.
El tema será “Contratación Ética, Protocolo de inducción y bienvenida” y se tratará el proceso de reclutamiento, el programa de iniciación, trabajadores de agencia, entre otros.
Leonie Schmid y Louise Herring impartirán esta ponencia, resolverán las cuestiones que los asistentes pudieran plantear y presentarán algunas de las útiles herramientas desarrolladas por Food Network for Ethical Trade (FNET) organización a la que ambas están vinculadas.

On Tuesday, September 14 at 4:00 p.m. (CEST) we will resume the online training program that the Ethical Trade Forums are developing throughout 2021 for companies in the sector.
The topic will be “Ethical Hiring, Induction and Welcome Protocol” and the recruitment process, the initiation program, agency workers, among others, will be discussed.
Leonie Schmid and Louise Herring will give this presentation, will solve the questions that the assistants could raise and will present some of the useful tools developed by the Food Network for Ethical Trade (FNET) organization to which both are linked.
