Grupo CRIT has implemented a performance evaluation system (EVD), including reverse evaluation, with the aim of analyzing employee performance and improving human resources decision-making. This system helps prevent inappropriate promotions, enhance employees’ professional development, and ensure a better fit between the employee and their role, contributing to the organization’s continuous improvement.

IMPULSA Program

The program was announced on March 13, 2025, and our employees can now submit their applications to participate. To do so, they must send a three-minute video introducing themselves, stating their job position, and explaining why they are the ideal candidates to be selected.
The program is still under development, and we are looking forward to seeing its reception and results.

This practice leads us to conclude that, regardless of how negative a situation may be, honest and well-planned work aimed at promoting social dialogue has significant socioeconomic value. This initiative is currently being studied in Spanish and international universities and presented at conferences on responsible communication and interculturality. University students are also carrying out study visits to closely observe its impact and learn about communication management.
