Reason why it started: Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption. Furthermore, the search for a better work environment
Impact of the proyect: The channel, apart from meeting the expected results, offers better integration of workers, as well as improved communication. In addition, the channel offers better handling in delicate situations, which has resulted in a better work environment, which we believe it can generate in aspects such as improving productivity or maintaining talent in the company.

The channel is implemented and operational; It has been possible to establish a complaints and reports channel that works quickly and has a high problem-solving capacity, and that also complies with the legislation.

Reason why it started: Martinavarro is committed to both traditional and more innovative processes for listening to workers’ voices. Over the past two years they have been digitizing their Human Resources department. This has delivered significant improvements, including the continuation of the relationship between workers and the company during the pandemic, while helping to maintain social distancing.
Impact of the project: This best practice highlights the importance of worker representation as a fundamental instrument to give them a voice and motivate their participation.

Summary of the initiative and results

Thanks to this representation, all the requests and claims of the employees are channelled through the use of more traditional channels such as the works council, the health and safety committee and the equality commission, as well as through more modern tools such as their online employee portal.
