Over the past two years they have been digitizing their Human Resources department. This has delivered significant improvements, including the continuation of the relationship between workers and the company during the pandemic, while helping to maintain social distancing.
Impact of the project: This best practice highlights the importance of worker representation as a fundamental instrument to give them a voice and motivate their participation.

Summary of the initiative and results

Thanks to this representation, all the requests and claims of the employees are channelled through the use of more traditional channels such as the works council, the health and safety committee and the equality commission, as well as through more modern tools such as their online employee portal.
