The annual International Event of the Ethical Trade Forums, which is held in Granada, has begun. We want this date, June 8, 2022, to become part of our professional memory and mark a moment of growth and success in all projects.

“Working towards Responsible and Balanced Supply Chains” encompasses different perspectives. After the inauguration of the event, led by Sergio Barberá, Heather Cadden and Miguel Ángel Moya intervened, representing different links in the supply chain.

Cadden agreed to participate in the Forums to deliver his vision as Responsible Sourcing Manager for all Marks & Spencer fresh suppliers and responsible for M&S’s Human Rights Due Diligence Program and compliance programs. Miguel Ángel Moya attended as Technical Director in Spain of Quality Produce International B.V. and Frutas Alhambra S.L., and wanted to share with the attendees his experience of more than 20 years working in import, export and production, ensuring the safety and balance of the supply chain.

Both are examples of the great family that the Forums make up, of all the companies that help us make this project a reality, and of the momentum that guides our efforts to achieve improvements in the sector.

Presentations, debate, workshops, proposals and achievements of the Working Groups, new guides and tools developed by the Ethical Trade Forums, panel of experts and presentation of Good Practices, complete the agenda of a Conference designed for us to move forward together.
