On the afternoon of June 12, the day before the International Event in Granada, the second General Assembly of the Ethical Trade Forums Association was held in the same place reserved for the Event; the Abades Nevada Palace Hotel.
The first call was held at 15:00h and the second at 16:00h. The Assembly was opened with a welcome by the President of the Governing Board, Juan Pérez (Alimer), and the presentation of the members of the Advisory Committee, followed by a review of the agenda.
The strategic plan 2022-2032 was reviewed with the intention of reminding which are the foundations and objectives that guide the actions of the Association.
The 2023 activity report and the accounts for that period were then reviewed, both of which were approved by the attendees.
On the other hand, the assembly ratified the Internal Regulations by approving the changes that have been made by the Governing Board.
The approval of the action plan for 2025, together with the associate membership fees expected for that period, was postponed until an extraordinary Assembly to be held in October.
This annual meeting was attended by representatives of producers, importers and retailers, in addition to some members of the Advisory Committee, and was also followed by streaming for those who connected remotely.
