On the FCE website you can find available both documents, the “Prevention and action protocol against workplace harassment” and the “Best Practice Guide for the responsible use of Temporary Employment Companies”.

Both documents are in the consultation stage and we expect your contributions to improve them. The updated documents in Spanish and English will be presented at the International Meeting that will take place in March 2021.

Both Working Groups that prepared these documents continue working with other objectives.

On one hand, the prevention and action against workplace harassment work group, is developing a study on the inequalities within the sector.

On the other hand, the responsible use of temporary agencies work group is developing a checklist for the implementation of the Guide.

After this public consultation period the updated documents, both in Spanish and English, will be presented at the International Meeting that will take place March 2021.
