On May 12, the Ethical Trade Forums participated in the general meeting of Cooperativa La Palma. This cooperative, which has been in existence for 51 years, brings together more than 700 producer members and manages 850 hectares of crops, with its main facilities located in the province of Granada.
During the assembly, attended by nearly 200 small-scale producer members of the cooperative, Germán Durán (Quality Director of the Cooperative) gave a presentation on the work carried out by the Ethical Trade Forums and how this initiative can support farmer members, encouraging them to join the association.
The presentation placed special emphasis on the importance of placing workers at the center of business activity, promoting an ethical and responsible supply chain based on clear and committed actions.
