On March 11, the first Online seminar of 2025 organized by the Ethical Trade Forums will be held at the usual time, between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm, through the Zoom platform. The central theme guiding the seminar will be “Employee Loyalty”.
As a continuation of the online event “Safety and health as an engine for the sense of belonging to companies”, held last February 18, this seminar will deal more deeply with the theme of the sense of belonging. We will go deeper into this concept, along with other strategies that have an impact on improving job stability in the sector. Attending organizations will be able to share and learn useful methodologies for building workers’ loyalty and increasing their commitment to the company.
