On June 23, the Ethical Trade Forums organized a new online Seminar where “Diversity; How to manage multicultural and multifunctional teams”.
We have Rosa Torres as speaker Professor of the University of the Department of Communication and Social Psychology, University of Alicante, who spoke to us about how to manage diversity and exposed several points to take into account:
• Give value to “otherness” and its characteristics. The Society is diverse. Trust in diversity must be fostered
• Another look at the difference that is understood as summative, to build productive, socially just and innovative spaces as a team.
• Understand that diversity is a global reality and when it is denied, demotivation and chaos are promoted as a result of conflict.
