In October, many organizations in the sector that are interested in having a mechanism for managing grievances, such as Canal Foros, are implementing it. This mechanism complies with the requirements of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
The last two implementations have been carried out during this week. The first one was at Molina de Segura (Murcia), at the facilities of NS Naturproduce, a leading company in the production and export of citrus and stone fruits, where we were present on October 21, training six office workers. Previously, on August 21, a person responsible for managing the channel and acting as an internal trainer was trained.
In second place, we moved on to SAT San Cayetano, located in San Javier (Murcia). This company, which specializes in fruit and vegetable products, has 86 partners, 1,700 hectares, and a sales volume of more than 43,000 tons of fruit and vegetables. In this case, the training was aimed at seven office and warehouse workers, in addition to the previous online training given to the person who will be the channel manager and internal trainer.
