The companies’ actions against COVID-19 have been essential to stop the pandemic. During this time, they have been adapting their activity with new recommendations and measures with the aim of limiting the number of infections.
In this context, it is essential to know and deepen the different existing options for personal protective equipment (PPE); which measure is more or less useful depending on the environment, etc. Thanks to this, the best possible protection for workers can be developed while we will make them feel comfortable and safe in their work environments.
In this new seminar delivered only in Spanish and organized by the Ethical Trade Forums and whose content has been developed by the Working Group specialized in this subject, we will learn about the different types and uses of PPEs in companies, the measures and recommendations to follow when using each of them, including controversial aspects such as the use of ozone machines that has generated a large number of defenders and detractors.
Some of the PPEs to be studied in depth are: masks, work clothes and footwear, soaps and hidrogels, gloves, hats, partitions walls in the workplace, face screens and glasses. It will also be about how to manage waste PPE and Ozone machines.
