From the Ethical Trade Forums, it is with deep sadness that we want to remember with affection Luciano Gómez, general secretary of Huelva FICA-UGT, who passed away on February 9th at the age of 65.
Committed to the farm workers of Huelva, Luciano actively participated in the Huelva Working Group that created the Workers’ Accommodation Guide, contributing his experience and extensive knowledge to the final text.
The Ethical Trade Forums have been very fortunate to have his great value as a speaker in our events with companies from the sector, where he enriched the discussions with his contributions, always focused on the improvement of workers welfare in the sector.
