We draw up a Contingency Plan against Covid-19 where all the necessary measures are found to avoid the contagion and spread of the disease within the processing plant. In addition, special facilities were modified and created to avoid overcrowding, a group was created to clean common areas that were in charge of disinfection of these, a group of personnel controllers was created to guarantee the correct use of personal protection elements and measures of personal hygiene. As a result, no case of Covid-19 was reported, in addition it was possible to operate normally throughout the campaign.

• Distribution and recommendations, by the different means either online, by means of posters, messages or by email to all the workers of the company directly or indirectly through their managers.

Several preventive health and safety measures were applied:
Face screens:
• They impeded the correct vision of the worker and were easily fogged.
• Screens were replaced at each work station.
Masks in the field:
• They caused shortness of breath, hyperventilation and hypoxia.
• Harvesting was rescheduled to increase the distance between workers and avoid possible cross-propagation.
We study the possibility of installing low-emission and highly effective Ozone machines in offices and manufacturing rooms:
• Pro: being able to keep the facilities safe during the day.
• Against: we are studying the possible toxicity due to continuous exposure, as well as the possible effects of oxidation on office equipment or machinery in handling rooms.
