We continue to implement Canal Foros, the grievance and complaint management system created by the Ethical Trade Forums.
On April 7, we were in Torre Pacheco (Murcia), at the offices of Greype, a company dedicated to the handling and commercialization of fruit and vegetable products with more than 1,000 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of melons, lettuce, escarole, and artichokes.
Here, we trained eight office and warehouse workers. One of them will act as channel manager and internal trainer, having previously received specific training for this role on February 16.
