Franmartos: new implementation of Canal Foros

Aug 13, 2025 | News | 0 comments

The most recent implementation of Canal Foros has been in Agrícola Franmartos, a family-owned company founded in 2014 with the aim of decentralizing Almeria’s fruit and vegetable exports across Europe. It has more than 100 hectares of land dedicated to year-round production of various types of fruit and vegetables.

On August 7, we moved to their facilities located in Almeria, to carry out face-to-face training for the personnel, which reached a total of 12 workers. They all participated enthusiastically, learned how to use the grievance channel, and were able to clarify doubts and concerns about the operation of the platform.

With this new implementation, there are now 16 companies that are using Canal Foros as a grievance management tool. In addition, we have reached a total of 2,240 workers trained directly by the ETF so far in the implementation of the mechanism, which currently covers 8,957 workers. On the other hand, we have 54 people who have been trained as internal trainers.

We would like to thank Agricola Franmartos for the support they have given us for carrying out the training.
