Next Thursday, March 14, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, the first online seminar of 2024 will be held, entitled “Canal Foros: Mechanism for grievances of the ETF”.

In this opportunity we will have three important participations. The first one is the experience of the company Bonnysa, which started training supervisors and internal trainers in February, and during March we will be training more than 700 workers in the use of the tool.

In second place will be Ulula, the technological partner with whom the ETF have worked in the development of this tool. Ulula will present some of the features of the platform where grievances are entered, with emphasis on demonstrating how the confidential and anonymous nature of the mechanism is maintained.

Finally, we will have the participation of one of the members of the recently created Ethics Committee, who will tell us about the functions of this independent body within the Canal Foros, whose purpose is to provide its assessment in those grievances or allegations in which there is no agreement between the company and the informant on the proposed action plan to resolve them.

These three presentations will be the protagonists of the day, along with other topics that are also directly related to the Canal Foros. Therefore, it is a seminar that is especially directed to those who wish to obtain more information about this tool that is generating so much interest within the agri-food sector.

If you are interested in participating and have not yet registered, you can do so here.
