With the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, our way of life and the way we interact with other people has been profoundly altered.
The working environment in offices, farms, warehouses, factories and distribution centers in the fruit and vegetable sector has also had to adapt immediately to new uses and routine gestures necessary for the protection of workers against the virus.
The Ethical Trade Forums, through the different Work Groups made up of volunteers committed to the sector, have developed since March a series of tools focused on tackling the virus in different areas of action.
The three initial tools were presented between the months of March and April. Once they have been presented in the online seminars and have been reviewed and improved by those attending these meetings, they have been unified into a single document for easy handling, which can be found at the link: COVID 19- DOCUMENTO UNIFICADO – rev 1-7-2020
English will be available in short.
This document brings together in full the three tools:
- RISK ANALYSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MEASURES
AGAINST COVID-19: LABOR ASPECTS
- RISK ANALYSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MEASURES
AGAINST COVID-19 FOOD SAFETY
- RISK ANALYSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MEASURES
AGAINST COVID-19 FOR WORKERS OF AGRICULTURAL FIELDS
