The Ethical Trade Forums organized and conducted a capacity building session on April 17 and 18, for 4 groups of Team Managers of the company Agromark, in Dolores de Pacheco, Murcia. In the 3 hours of each module, 85 people were trained in “Communication skills for middle management and supervisors”.
During the capacity building, topics such as leadership skills, use of emotional intelligence, team management, conflict resolution and stress management were covered, although the focus of both days was on improving communications within the teams, providing tools for constructive feedback, and transmitting some conflict resolution techniques.
At the end of the day, each participant received a gift from the company, including a cotton bag, a bottle and a vest, all of them with the phrase “Team Leader”, as a way of reinforcing their role as a leader within the organization.
