DESCRIPTION

Training for those responsible for the management system so that they are aware of the existing social compliance initiatives, understand the necessary requirements of the social management system and the methodology followed during a social audit, clarifying any doubts that may exist in this regard.

Training for managers and supervisors in order to learn and reinforce communication and leadership skills that require the use of emotional intelligence for team management, conflict resolution or stress management.

Training for managers and supervisors so that they understand the necessary requirements of the social management system, the requirements of clients in social audits and those specific company procedures that are agreed to be reinforced. Among them you can find methods to detect and act in situations related to modern slavery such as forced labor or the practical implementation of procedures such as the induction of new workers.

  • The role of committees and workers’ representatives.
  • Use of internal and external reporting mechanisms in the company.

WORKSHOPS

IMPROVEMENT OF SOCIAL DIALOGUE IN WORKS COMMITTEES

DESCRIPTION

This project involves carrying out two social dialogue workshops in the facilities of the company or cooperative with the purpose of promoting communication between company representatives and workers.

These workshops will be taught by a specialist in mediation and communication, and will be carried out interactively.

In addition, to the extent possible, the participation of union members will be sought to support the committee workers in the last minutes of each workshop.

FIRST WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE

The first workshop focuses on understanding the roles of representatives, negotiation techniques, and personal and mutual knowledge.

SECOND WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE

The second workshop focuses on planning and directing negotiation in the company by identifying areas for improvement and agreeing on work strategies in the committee itself.
