    Expand knowledge on social management systems, understanding existing social compliance initiatives, comprehending the necessary requirements of the social management system, and the methodology followed during a social audit.

    Enhance communication and leadership skills that require the use of emotional intelligence for team management, conflict resolution, or stress management.

      SOCIAL DIALOGUE IN WORKER’S COMMITTEES

      OBJECTIVE

      Implementing best practices for social dialogue, fostering communication between company representatives and workers.
      In the first workshop, the objective is to understand the roles of representatives, negotiation techniques, and personal/mutual knowledge.
      In the second workshop, the goal is to plan and canalize negotiations within the company by identifying areas for improvement and agreeing on working strategies within the committee.

      CONTENTS

      Two workshops are conducted at the company or cooperative’s facilities. These workshops will be led by a specialist in mediation and communication and will be interactive. Additionally, the participation of union members will be sought to support committee workers in the final minutes of each workshop.
