This May we continue with the training of workers of the new companies that have joined Canal Foros, the grievance management mechanism of the Ethical Trade Forums.
On April 29, we were in Suncrop (Almeria) training the person in charge of the Channel within the company, and on May 8 we trained the 19 people who were working there.
With this new group, we have reached a total of 1.221 workers trained so far in the implementation of Canal Foros. In addition, we have increased to 7 the number of companies that are using Canal Foros as a grievance and grievance management tool. On the other hand, we already have 30 people who have been trained as internal trainers.
