During October and November, we have continued with the training of the workers of the new companies that have joined Canal Foros, the grievance management mechanism created by the Ethical Trade Forums specifically for the agri-food sector in Spain.
This time it is Agrios El Carril, where last October 16 we started online training, aimed at those who will be the managers of the channel. Then, on November 13th we were at the company’s facilities, located in La Matanza, Murcia, training 7 groups of workers, adding up to a total of 152 people trained in the use of the channel within the company.
With this new group, we now have a total of 1,321 workers trained directly by the Forums so far in the implementation of the Canal Foros. In addition, we have increased to 9 the number of companies that are using Canal Foros as a grievance management tool. On the other hand, we already have 40 people who have been trained as internal trainers.
We thank Agrios El Carril for their interest in advancing with the implementation of Canal Foros, and for providing us with all the necessary facilities to successfully execute the trainings.
