Over the last few weeks, the Ethical Trade Forums have been carrying out a series of trainings on the Canal Foros at the company Bonnysa.

We started on February 27th by training 3 people, who will be responsible for the Channel within the company, and at the same time, they will also act as internal trainers.

On March 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14, a total of 688 people were trained, representing 62% of the workforce. In these days, a total of 7 groups of warehouse workers have been trained (in Centro Los Llanos, Maset de Seva and P4H), and 11 groups of field workers (in San Vicente and Mutxamel).

With these new trainings, the impact of the Canal Foros has increased. We already have 5 companies that have implemented the Canal Foros as a tool for managing grievances, reaching a total of 27 people who have been trained as internal trainers. On the other hand, the total number of workers trained in the implementation of the pilot program is 1.036.

We thank Bonnysa for its commitment to move forward with the implementation of the Canal Foros and for allowing us to make this great step forward in the implementation of the mechanism.

As usual, we invite companies interested in joining this initiative to do so by clicking on this link.
