The Ethical Trade Forums are committed to transparency and the promotion of fair and accessible working conditions in the Spanish agri-food sector.
To make this commitment concrete, two specific tools have been developed for the direct benefit of local workers and producers: Canal Foros and App Foros.
Canal Foros is a grievance mechanism specifically designed for the Spanish agri-food sector, whose operation guarantees confidentiality and anonymity, and has no cost for workers.
App Foros is a free mobile application that provides essential information on labor rights, legal requirements, and guidance on key issues for workers.
To raise awareness of the usefulness of both tools, and to promote decent working conditions in the fruit and vegetable sector, an informative session will be held to learn in detail how Canal Foros works, how it can be used to submit a grievance or complaint, and how to participate in App Foros, designed to support especially migrants and those in vulnerable situations.
