We continue to implement Canal Foros, the grievance and complaint management mechanism created by the Ethical Trade Forums specifically for the agri-food sector in Spain.
On May 28 and 29, we visited different locations in Huelva, where Berrynest—a company dedicated to the production of organic berries and citrus fruits—has its facilities.
At the warehouse and farms located in Almonte, Gibraleón, and Isla Cristina, we have trained a total of 401 workers, including office staff, as well as warehouse and field workers. Three of them will serve as channel managers and internal trainers, having received specific training for this role on April 13.
