During November, we continued to make progress with the implementation of Canal Foros, the grievance management mechanism created by the Ethical Trade Forums.
On November 7, we went to Onda, Castellón, where we visited the facilities of Agrícola Valenciana Pla dels Olivars, a fruit and vegetable commercialization company. Here we trained 10 farm workers. Previously, on September 4, one representative of the workers was trained online, who will be the channel manager and internal trainer.
On November 10, we were at Tortosa, Tarragona, visiting Cítrics Serret, a company specialized in citrus fruits, which currently produces, packages, and commercializes approximately 9,000,000 kg. On this occasion, 25 warehouse workers participated. Previously, on August 22, one worker representative was trained online, who will also be the channel manager and internal trainer.
