On Thursday, November 24, Loida Muñoz (A21) and Elena Colás (Lieutenant of the Civil Guard) gave the seminar “Actions in situations of human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation”.
During the seminar, the difference between immigrant smuggling and human trafficking was explained, clarifying that these are two different crimes, although they are often related.
They talked about how to detect these situations in companies and how to react to them, experiences were shared and the contact methods to go to in the event of a case were indicated.
The attendees demonstrated a wide participation between comments and questions that, together with the level of exposure presented by the two speakers, achieved a good level of learning as is usual after this type of event.
